Wedding Coordination & Planning

Our Event Coordinator will be present on the day of your wedding to oversee aspects of the event such as set-up, take down, and food & beverage execution.

Should you require a coordinator to oversee and assist with all of the details of your day you may want to consider purchasing the “Two Day Wedding Coordinator Package

Two Day Wedding Coordinator Package – $450

Organize and facilitate the Wedding Rehearsal. Complete coordination on the day of your Wedding to oversee set-up, timing decorations, floral delivery and set-up, ceremony, communication and liaison with vendors, your master of ceremonies, Wedding Party, guests and all the other details to make your day run smoothly. The consultation should take place on the day of the rehearsal where you will need to provide an itinerary, timeline and vendor information.

Full Planning services if you need them are available ahead of your event from 2 years to one month out. This is often a good idea if you are planning a destination wedding. Our Event Coordinator would be happy to discuss your specific planning needs in order to determine your service price based on the complexity and time investment required.

Floral

Karen Stones is our in house florist and is very familiar with the flowers on the grounds and beyond.  Karen has a great eye for beautiful details and her talent for coordinating a perfect compilation of color and atmosphere is evident.  Karen can be reached at aseaofbloom@telus.net or by phone at 250.642.3952
